DAMAGED OR FAULTY
If your item is damaged or faulty we will either send you a new item free of charge or refund you the cost of the item. It’s up to you. If the item was damaged in transit we’ll ask you to provide a photo to us so that we can also be refunded from our supplier.
For any damaged or faulty items please contact us and provide your order number and any other relevant information in your message. We will get back to you via email as soon as we can.
For our items which come in different sizes we provide a size guide for you to accurately choose the correct product. Please choose carefully because we don’t refund or exchange sizes. If you need assistance we advise you to get in contact
